Why attend a Wedding Bootsale?

Are you looking to find some true gems for the big day? 

Whether you are creating the ultimate DIY wedding in a barn or providing a traditional manor house setting and are looking for some pretty props to dress alongside this. The Wedding  Boot Sales are the ultimate place to purchase wedding items at a fraction of the cost!

These events will not only provide you with some pretty incredible bargains, but the venue will also be full of our top recommended suppliers, plenty of advice and demos and don't forget the goodie bags too!

How much does it cost to get in?

Entry into The Wedding Bootsale is included in your Wedding Showcase ticket. These can be purchased here at an early bird rate of £3 per person or it's £5 on the door during the weekend.

Why book a table?

We find time and time again, that couples are often left in limbo with what to do with all of their items after the big day. Most tend to hand them down to family and friends, others end up storing them in their garage or spare room for months on end...

The Wedding Boot Sales have been created to slot in perfectly with your wedding plans. Why not make some extra cash after the wedding by selling your dress, wedding decor and props, bridesmaid dresses, suits and anything you can think of to our attending engaged couples?

Pitches are only £15 each day so enables you to make a fabulous profit to spend towards a late honeymoon, a date night for you both as newly weds or pop back into your savings! 

How much are preloved tables and how can I book?


Pre-loved tables are just £15 per day and are 8x4ft pitches. Setup time is from 8am on each day, the doors open at 10am-3pm. 

If you wish to select and sell on both days, please select both Saturday and Sunday on the booking form below.

Tables are not included but you are able to hire one for just £5 if required and can be added onto your booking form.

PLEASE NOTE: You can not book a pre-loved table when advertising your wedding business. 




A pitch is just £15 and is approx. 8x4ft. We recommend not to pile your items too high, mainly for visual reasons so that your potential customers are able to see everything on show, but also for safety reasons. If you have a lot of items, please book 2 or more pitches.


Tables are not included in your stand cost, so please bring your own (many people bring wall papering tables etc). Alternatively, you can hire one for just £5.00, this can be selected on your booking form and purchased via the Paypal button below.  Please ensure you read all of the guidelines and terms before booking your pitch.


We would suggest bringing a tablecloth to make your stand look a little prettier and more appealing. This is not necessary, just a suggestion.  



Setup and Timing


Set up time is at 8am. Doors open to the public at 10am but you must be ready by 9.30am, giving you 1 hour 30 minutes to unload and set up your pitch space/area. Please unload from the Showering Pavilion car park. This route will be clearly marked on arrival. We would suggest that you box everything up carefully to minimise trips to the car.  Late entries to set up will not be permitted.



Guidelines and Tips

  • Please ensure that you keep the safety of others in mind when setting up/clearing away. No trailing cables.

  • Do not overload your table with items, many are more likely to be breakables/delicate. If you have too many items for 1 stand space we advise you book an additional pitch.

  • If the team feel a stand space set up is unsafe or too crowded we reserve the right to ask you to book another spot there at the event which is payable before doors open. Further space will then be allocated to you, should space be available.

  • There will be no packing away until the doors close at 3pm, anyone who starts to pack away beforehand will be fined accordingly.  Exceptions may be made for those who have sold all stock, but please discuss with the team before departing.

  • Please bring plastic bags with you to help out any potential customers.

  • Bring plenty of cash/change, there is a cash machine on site inside the venue but people will always bring notes, so be sure to have change!

  • Having a tablecloth will instantly make your items more appealing

  • Not everyone is brave and likes to dive in at stands and have a good rummage through. So be sure to present your items as best as possible so they can be seen clearly.

  • Be prepared to haggle, like any fun bootsale, customers are out for a decent price, so don’t be offended when people offer a lower price.

  • With regards to price, be reasonable for what you are asking for an item.

  • Please bring bin bags with you for rubbish, this needs to be taken home with you.

  • The venue does have a onsite cafe for you to use if needed,





The Wedding Boot Sale at The Wedding Showcase. There is free parking at The Showering Pavilion. We ask all traders to park directly outside the venue within the marked and designated exhibitors car park.


Cancellation and Refunds


All bookings are non-refundable. We have the right to cancel the event only when due to severe weather conditions, in the event of this, unfortunately, we will not offer refunds but will postpone and reschedule the event for all who are attending.
