The Wedding Showcase is a large TWO DAY event boasting over 100+ dedicated and passionate local suppliers, with interactive demos and live talks, entertainment, shopping, beauty treatments, cafes, Catwalk Shows, VIP entry options and much more, it is set to rival the ambience of the national events in our bigger cities but reflect our local area and amazing talent of local wedding professionals.
Our exhibitors join us time and time again, as they consistently secure couple consultations and bookings at our shows. Our engaged couples attend with a strong desire to buy and book wedding items and suppliers. We love seeing our visiting couples leaving with huge smiles on their faces, as well as being full of ideas and inspiration for creating their dream day. We also limit the number of suppliers per category to ensure there is both variety at our events and to keep it fair between all businesses.
We know how vital it is to provide our Brides and Grooms with a reason to linger a little longer in order for you to secure those bookings, so we provide live entertainment, a wedding school area, catwalk shows, entertainment and a refreshment area to keep them busy, relaxed, well hydrated and having fun!
With a strong and diverse marketing campaign which The Wedding Showcase team are well known for, we are confident that the event will attract 500+ couples over the weekend. We know and understand that you are there to make sales and secure bookings, so we promise not to fill a room with people who will waste your time. We charge a small fee per entry but this ensures that you and your business are attracting genuine and quality leads.
We advertise The Wedding Showcase across all of our social media platforms, with links on our main business website as well as its own dedicated website www.wedding-showcase.com.
Alongside adverts running in the top Bridal magazines, we also have regular features with the biggest online wedding directories, social hangouts and blogging sites. We also use the South West local town newspaper publications, and ensure there is plenty of signage across a fifteen mile radius of The Royal Bath and West Showground.
